
























These are the honour boards that reside in the foyer of BHQ East Lismore NSW , they set out the unit history of past CO's, RSM's and Adjutant's.






















Robert McKenzie Fraser, born in Lismore. He enlisted in the AIF during WW1 as a mechanic in the Australian Flying Corps. He must have commissioned as an officer after the war, before taking command of the 41st Battalion as a Major.
He enlisted from Tamworth as a Captain, initially as Permanent Ships Staff, going to Ceylon before returning to Australia. He was transferred back to the CMF on full time duty. Working across NSW in many roles of QM and ADJT. Finishing WW2 as the QM of Wagga Wagga Camp (Kapooka), once again as a Major. He then lived in Wagga Wagga until his death at the age of 60 in 1958.
